We're looking for Sales & Marketing Counselors who are: ✅ Passionate about education

What You'll Do

Meet & counsel Class 11-12 students & parents interested in JEE/NEET prep

Convert prospects into admitted students (that's your win)

Build relationships in your assigned center's locality

Track inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in our CRM

? Attractive Compensation: Base Salary: ₹1.8L - 3L/year (based on experience)

Commission: ₹4-6K per student admission

Ideal Candidate: 0-3 years in sales, admissions, or counseling (freshers welcome if motivated)

Prior coaching institute/education sector experience is a PLUS

Comfortable speaking Kannada, or Hindi (plus English)

Own a two-wheeler or reliable transport

Target-driven mindset Nice to Have: Familiarity with JEE/NEET entrance exams

Network in Bangalore education circles
