As we expand nationally, we are looking for an ambitious Sales & Marketing Specialist who can identify, engage, and onboard digital screen owners onto the Adkewl platform.

Role Overview The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for expanding Adkewl's screen network across India by identifying potential screen owners, conducting meetings and demonstrations, building partnerships, and successfully onboarding screens onto the Adkewl ecosystem.

This is a field-intensive role involving extensive travel, relationship building, business development, and market expansion.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Market Development

- Identify potential digital screen owners across India.
- Build databases of LED screen operators, advertising agencies, mall operators, retail chains, hospitals, educational institutions, hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, and public venue owners.




- Conduct field visits and business development activities in target cities.

Partnership Development
- Meet business owners, screen operators, media companies, and venue owners.
- Present Adkewl's value proposition and monetization opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
- Build long-term relationships with network partners.

Screen Onboarding
- Coordinate onboarding of new screens onto the Adkewl platform.
- Collect required documentation, photographs, specifications, and location details.
- Work with technical teams to ensure successful deployment.
- Maintain onboarding pipeline and follow-up activities.

Marketing & Brand Expansion
- Represent Adkewl at industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and business networking forums.
- Conduct awareness campaigns and local partner outreach initiatives.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.

Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
- Submit weekly business development reports.
- Track onboarding targets and revenue opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Advertising, or related field.




- 2+ years experience in sales, business development, advertising, media, outdoor advertising, digital signage, franchising, or channel partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with extensive travel across India.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
