Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The specialist will engage directly with customers, explain product offerings, and support them in choosing suitable meat and related products. Daily activities include managing in-store promotions, assisting with pricing and displays, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive buying experience.

The role also involves supporting sales targets, coordinating with the team on marketing campaigns, collecting customer feedback,



and contributing to local marketing initiatives both in-store and in nearby areas. The specialist will work closely with management to improve sales performance and maintain the brand’s reputation for quality and service.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and resolve inquiries professionally.

Proven Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a retail or food-related workplace.

Sales Management and Training skills to support team performance, guide new team members, and help implement sales processes.

Basic knowledge of meat products, cuts, and handling practices, with a focus on hygiene and quality.

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including weekends and peak hours as required.

Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in displays, pricing, and stock rotation.

Comfort with basic computer or point-of-sale systems; prior retail experience is an advantage.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in marketing, retail, or hospitality is beneficial.
