Role Description This is a remote, commission-based contract role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Mirmia. The specialist will identify and pursue current sales opportunities through online and offline channels, build and maintain relationships with customers and partners, and promote Mirmia products to drive revenue growth.

Daily activities include prospecting leads, conducting outreach via social media, email, and messaging platforms, managing and updating product information on digital channels, and supporting promotional campaigns. The role also involves gathering market feedback,



assisting with brand storytelling and product positioning, and reporting on sales performance to inform future strategies.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals in consumer products or lifestyle brands.
- Marketing capabilities in areas such as social media promotion, content creation for campaigns, and basic digital marketing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, handle customer inquiries, and present products clearly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely on a commission-based, contract basis with minimal supervision.
- Experience using online tools and platforms (social media, e-commerce, CRM or spreadsheets) to track outreach and sales activities.
- Background in retail, gifting, or handcrafted products is a plus, along with an interest in lifestyle and home decor markets.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct in all customer and partner interactions.
