We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, generating sales, site visits, follow-ups, and closing deals for residential and luxury real estate projects including plots, villas, and apartments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound sales enquiries
- Generate and follow up with potential leads
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Schedule and coordinate site visits
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain client database and update CRM records
- Build strong relationships with domestic and NRI clients

Requirements
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for sales and real estate industry




- Basic knowledge of Bengaluru real estate market is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Graduation preferred

Preferred Skills
- Fluent in English, Kannada, Hindi, or Tamil
- Strong convincing ability
- Client handling and presentation skills
- Positive attitude and team mindset
