We are looking for a proactive and experienced Tender Executive who can independently manage and file tenders on UNGM (United Nations Global Marketplace) and GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portals. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of tendering procedures and should be able to handle the entire process with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify relevant tenders on UNGM and GeM portals.
- End-to-end management of tender submissions.
- Prepare and compile required documents, proposals, and compliance forms.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical and commercial inputs.
- Monitor and manage deadlines, clarifications, and amendments.
- Ensure timely filing and follow-up of tenders.

Requirements:

- Proven experience handling tenders on both UNGM and GeM portals.
- Solid knowledge of procurement processes and tender documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
