Orchids Network & Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd. is a leading System Integrator specializing in Networking, IT Infrastructure, Audio Visual (AV), Security Surveillance, and Enterprise Technology Solutions.

Job Responsibilities

- Receive and inspect materials from vendors.
- Perform Goods Receipt (GR) Entry in the ERP/Inventory system.
- Maintain accurate records of material inward and outward movements.
- Prepare and dispatch materials to project sites.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Logistics, Project, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and support stock audits.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of networking and AV materials.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.
- Prepare inventory reports and support daily warehouse operations.

Eligibility





- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, Logistics, or Inventory Management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
- ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Candidates from the Networking, IT Hardware, Electrical, Electronics, or AV industry will be preferred.

Office Timings

- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
