Role & responsibilities
- Checking of general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
- Withholding tax (TDS) deductions, calculations, payments, and return filing.
- Preparing GST workings, processing GST payments, and filing GST returns such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.
- Preparing GSTR-2A reconciliation and coordinating with vendors for query resolution.
- Salary accounting and payroll tax payments.
- Monthly closing of financial records and posting of month-end transactions.
- Preparing monthly financial statements and audit schedules.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders for timely query resolution.
- Team handling experience.
