A Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) is a mid-level kitchen qualified who assists the Chef de Partie (CDP) in managing a specific kitchen section (such as Indian, Tandoor, Continental, Chinese, Garde Manger, or Bakery). The DCDP is responsible for maintaining food quality, hygiene, and smooth kitchen operations while supervising junior staff
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
