Job Title : Process Safety Engineer

Experience : 5 to 10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support Management of Change (MOC) and Process Safety Information (PSI) processes across operations and engineering teams.

- Provide guidance, training, and quality assurance for MOC and PSI implementation.

- Monitor ongoing MOC activities and maintain process safety metrics and reporting.

- Utilize Power BI dashboards to enhance process monitoring, visibility, and reporting efficiency.

- Support process safety culture initiatives by improving workforce awareness and understanding.

- Assist in continuous improvement of process safety programs, tools, and workflows.

- Support closure of audit findings, PHA recommendations, and compliance-related actions.

- Develop and maintain process safety documentation, reports, and tracking tools.





- Participate in incident investigations, PSM audits, PHAs, and risk assessment activities as required.

Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.

- Strong understanding of Process Safety Management concepts such as PHA, MOC, and PSI.

- Experience in process safety, operations support, or process engineering environments.

- Familiarity with Power BI dashboards, metrics reporting, and process monitoring tools.

- Knowledge of audit management, risk assessments, and safety compliance processes.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
