Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Jaipur
Job Type: Full time
Experience: 3+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and translate them into detailed functional documents
- Conduct business process analysis, identify gaps, and propose solutions
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solution alignment
- Create wireframes, user stories, and workflows
- Support UAT and client demos
- Work with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and project success metrics
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or Balsamiq
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
