Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in Plastic Compounds and Masterbatches Sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B industrial sales, customer acquisition, and developing business with plastic manufacturers, injection molding units, extrusion companies, and OEMs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities for Plastic Compounds and Masterbatches.
- Generate sales through industrial clients, OEMs, distributors, and manufacturers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.




- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (Chemical/Polymer/Mechanical preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Plastic Compounds or Masterbatches Sales.
- Experience in B2B Industrial Sales is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the plastic processing industry and raw materials.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
