*Position Overview*

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated MBA graduates specializing in Marketing to join our team as Marketing Executives. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who are eager to develop their skills in B2B marketing, lead generation, market research, client engagement, and business development.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

* Support the Sales and Business Development teams with lead generation, client presentations, and tender-related activities.

* Coordinate marketing campaigns and monitor campaign performance through periodic reports.

* Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, client meetings, and campus engagement programs.

* Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, consultants, and end-users through regular follow-ups.





* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support branding and business growth initiatives.

*Candidate Requirements*

* Full-time MBA in Marketing.

* Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

* Knowledge of digital marketing tools will be considered an added advantage.

* Self-motivated, creative, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.

* Internship or project experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Market Research is preferred.

* Basic understanding of B2B and B2C marketing concepts is desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
