Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)

About the Role
Asiatic Traders is a leading partner for Ingersoll Rand. We are looking for a technically sound and driven Sales Engineer to manage our high-performance portfolio. You will be responsible for providing world-class assembly and automation solutions to the Automotive and General Engineering sectors in the Indore region.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales: Represent the Ingersoll Rand brand, focusing on:
- Fastening Systems: Transducerised DC Tools, Battery Tools, and Pneumatic Tools.
- Material Handling: XY KBK Systems and Ergonomic Handling Solutions.
- Advanced Automation: Cobot Solutions and Fluid Dispensing Systems.
- Application Engineering: Visit shop floors to study assembly lines, identify bottlenecks, and propose the "best-fit" IR solution.
- Demos & Presentations: Conduct professional product demonstrations and deliver technical presentations to key stakeholders (Plant Heads,
Quality Managers, and Maintenance Leads).
- Project Execution: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to virtual/physical proof-of-concept and final installation support.
- Reporting: Maintain a robust sales funnel and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager using Excel-based reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably dealing with pneumatic or power tools.
- Target Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Indore industrial landscape (Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and General Manufacturing).
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to explain torque values, ergonomic perks, and basic automation logic.
- Skills: Advanced Presentation Skills (confident in front of corporate clients). Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data management and quoting.
- Travel: High mobility is required for frequent travel in and around Indore/Pithampur/Dewas
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
