Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, dealers, architects, builders, and channel partners as per business requirements.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate clearly in the assigned regional language Tamil and English when required.
- Provide accurate information about Xindo Window products, services, pricing, and order processes over calls.
- Convert leads into qualified business opportunities through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
- Maintain customer interaction records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly call and customer engagement reports.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.

Salary And Benefits

· Monthly salary of ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month depends on your experience
