We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Creator / Video Editor with a strong agency background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience creating high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused video content across industries such as Real Estate, Healthcare, and Education.

The candidate should understand modern content trends, short-form storytelling, ad creatives, brand communication, and performance-driven video editing tailored for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and advertisements
- Create engaging short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to execute campaign concepts and visual storytelling
- Develop ad creatives and promotional videos optimized for lead generation and engagement
- Handle motion graphics, transitions, sound design, subtitles, and visual enhancements
- Maintain brand consistency across all video deliverables
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:





- Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing and content creation
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency is mandatory
- Experience working with Real Estate, Healthcare, and Education industry clients preferred
- Robust understanding of social media content trends and performance marketing creatives
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an added advantage
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

- Experience creating Meta Ads / Performance Marketing creatives
- Knowledge of YouTube content optimization and reel editing
- Understanding of branding and digital communication strategies
- Ability to ideate and suggest creative improvements proactively

Pay: ₹20,210.90 - ₹25,889.83 per month
