(Business-to-Government) projects. The company is officially associated with National Skill Development

Corporation (NSDC) and works on various government-led training, skill development, employment, and placement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall Placement and Employment operations.
- Develop strong relationships with corporates, industries, employers, and recruitment partners.
- Drive placement targets, candidate selection, joining, and retention.
- Generate employment opportunities for trained candidates across relevant sectors.
- Plan and coordinate job fairs, recruitment drives, and placement activities.
- Lead and monitor the performance of the placement team.




- Maintain employer and candidate databases along with placement MIS and reports.
- Coordinate with training centers and internal teams to ensure candidates are placement-ready.
- Ensure placement activities are aligned with government project guidelines and targets.
- Build recent employer partnerships and strengthen existing industry relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in Placement, Recruitment, Skill Development, Employability, or Vocational Training.
- Experience in NSDC, Skill India, PMKVY, or Government Skill Development Projects will be preferred.
- Strong employer networking, corporate relationship management, and team leadership skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Target-oriented with strong MIS and reporting skills.
