About Us: Alu Vista is seeking a dedicated and sincere Office Executive to support our daily office operations in Paschim Vihar, Delhi. We are looking for a long-term candidate who wants a stable desk job and is willing to learn technical office work related to aluminium and UPVC glass projects.

Please note: This is a purely desk-based back-office role. No field work or sales targets are involved.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quotation & Billing: Preparing accurate project quotations using EVA Cloud Software and generating invoices using MS Excel.
- Technical Support: Creating basic drawings for UPVC/Aluminium doors and windows (Complete training will be provided for this).
- Client Follow-ups: Calling clients for routine follow-ups and maintaining proper interaction records.
- Office Management: Handling routine day-to-day office tasks and updating company social media profiles.

Requirements:

- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Skills:



Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is mandatory. Familiarity with posting on social media platforms.
- Communication: Positive verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Experience: Both experienced professionals and freshers are welcome to apply! We will provide complete on-the-job training for the technical aspects of the role.
- Location: Candidates based in or near West Delhi/Paschim Vihar will be preferred for easy commute.

Work Details:

- Working Hours: 10:15 AM to 7:30 PM
- Days: 6 Days working (Weekly off)
- Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹14,000 per month (depending on skills and interview performance).

Pay: ₹10,104.32 - ₹14,254.95 per month
