About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and active sales girl / store assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will help customers find the right dresses, keep the store organised, and support our online order processing when needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their requirements, and help them choose the best dresses for kids.
- Store Management: Arrange dresses neatly on shelves and racks, and maintain overall store cleanliness and organisation.
- Online Order Support: When online orders come in, collect the requested dresses from the store inventory and bring them to the packing area.
- Packing Assistance:



Help the team with packing online or in-store purchases securely.
- Stock Management: Assist with regular stock checking and help update inventory records using basic computer systems.

Requirements

- Education: Any degree graduate (freshers are welcome).
- Experience: No prior experience required; we will provide guidance.
- Basic Computer Skills: Ability to use a computer for checking and updating stock.
- Communication: Friendly, polite, and comfortable talking to customers.
- Attitude: Active, hard-working, and willing to help with different tasks around the store.
- Location: We prefer candidates from Kodakara and nearby places within a 5–10 kilometre radius.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
