About Us:

Shri Vinayaka Furniture is one of the premium and trusted furniture showrooms in Madurai. We are expanding our team and looking for agile, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals to join us and drive our showroom sales to the next level.

Open Positions:

We are hiring for 4 positions across the following roles (Open to both Male & Female candidates):

- Sales Person / Sales Executive (Showroom walk-in handling)
- Sales Supervisor (Floor management & stock coordination)
- Sales Manager (Team management & sales closure)

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and guide showroom walk-in customers, understanding their furniture needs (Sofa, Cot, Dining, Mattress, etc.).
- Explain product features, material quality, pricing, and custom options clearly.
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers to ensure smooth sales closures.
- Ensure the showroom floor and furniture displays are well-maintained and attractive.
- (For Manager/Supervisor): Lead the sales team, monitor daily targets,



and handle customer queries effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 0 to 5 years in retail sales (Experience in furniture showrooms, home appliances, or textiles is a huge plus. Freshers with good communication can also apply).
- Skills: Excellent communication and convincing skills in Tamil (Basic English is an advantage).
- Attributes: Pleasing personality, active listener, and a strong passion for retail sales.
- Gender: Both Male and Female candidates are welcome.
