Job description

Mahakaal Electronics Service Centre is looking for skilled and dedicated LED TV, LCD TV & Electronics Service Engineers to join our professional technical team. The candidate should have good knowledge of diagnosing, repairing, and servicing consumer electronic appliances while delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair LED TV, LCD TV, Smart TV, Monitor, Audio Systems, Home Theatre, Microwave Oven, and other consumer electronic appliances.




- Perform PCB (Printed Circuit Board), Motherboard, SMPS/Power Supply Board, and Component Level Fault Diagnosis & Repair.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic appliances at customer locations or in the service centre.
- Identify faults accurately and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Replace defective spare parts and ensure proper product testing before delivery.
- Maintain service reports, repair records, and job completion details.
- Follow company quality standards and electrical safety procedures.
- Coordinate with appliance brands, service managers, and internal technical teams whenever required.
- Maintain professional behaviour while interacting with customers.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service jobs.
