We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Site Supervisor & Measurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site progress for our interior projects and taking highly accurate internal measurements for various custom interior installations. If you have a background in polytechnic studies, a keen eye for detail, and a working knowledge of AutoCAD, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Oversee ongoing daily site activities, ensuring work meets our quality standards and is completed on schedule.
- Precision Measurement: Visit client sites to take highly accurate internal measurements for interior elements, including:
- Shower enclosures
- Glass partitions
- Staircase railings
- Modular wardrobes and kitchens
- Aluminum/Profile shutters
- Coordination: Act as a bridge between the site workers, design team, and management to ensure precise execution of the measured elements.
- Reporting:



Maintain clear records of site measurements and project progress.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Must have a Diploma from a recognized Polytechnic Institute.
- Software Skills: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required to make, view, interpret, and verify technical drawings and floor plans against on-site dimensions.
- Technical Skills: Robust understanding of measuring tools (laser distance meters, measuring tapes) and the ability to accurately translate physical space into technical measurements.
- Communication: Good communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and the in-house team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
