Job Title: Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead our Accounts team. The role involves overseeing bookkeeping activities, reviewing financial records, managing team performance, and ensuring the timely delivery of accounting services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Review accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and financial records.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of books of accounts.
- Support the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
- Guide and assist team members in resolving accounting-related queries.
- Monitor work quality and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.





Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, ACCA or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 4 Years of Experience in Accounting and Bookkeeping with Team Handling Experience.

Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting concepts, bookkeeping, reconciliations, MS Excel and team management.

Communication: Good English communication skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
