We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations across our institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe workplace while managing housekeeping staff and ensuring high operational standards.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the daily housekeeping operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of classrooms, offices, hostels, laboratories, restrooms, and common areas.
- Plan and assign duties to housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for timely issue resolution.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in housekeeping or facility management are an added advantage.





Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management.
- Experience in educational institutions, hotels, hospitals, or large organizations is preferred.

Skills Required

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning equipment, and safety standards.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
