Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Dialysis Technician to join our Dialysis Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing hemodialysis procedures, ensuring patient safety, maintaining dialysis equipment, and supporting the nephrology team in delivering high-quality renal care.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and operate dialysis machines for hemodialysis procedures.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
- Assess patient vital signs and promptly report any complications to the Nephrologist.
- Perform machine setup, disinfection, and preventive maintenance as per protocols.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control practices and NABH guidelines.
- Maintain accurate patient treatment records and dialysis documentation.




- Assist in vascular access care and monitor dialysis adequacy.
- Supervise and guide junior dialysis technicians when required.
- Ensure proper inventory management of dialysis consumables and equipment.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments for seamless patient care.

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Dialysis Technician in a hospital or dialysis center.
- Experience in handling dialysis machines independently is mandatory.
