Job Title: Senior Purchase Executive

Location: Khar Road, Mumbai
Industry: Steel Tubes & Pipes Manufacturing
Experience: 4–7 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials and other plant requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors on a day-to-day basis to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and avoid production delays.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial conditions to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Ensure the quality of procured materials meets company standards and specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Compare quotations, evaluate suppliers, and finalize purchases based on quality, price, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores,



and Quality departments for procurement planning.
- Maintain purchase records, documentation, and vendor performance data.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Desired Skills:

- Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
- Solid negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness and basic understanding of market pricing.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with exposure to sales/commercial interactions along with purchase functions will be preferred.

- Steel Tubes & Pipes Manufacturing (Highly Preferred)
- Engineering, Metal, Steel, or other Manufacturing industries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
