- Review patient medical records.
- Assign correct ICD-10 diagnosis codes.
- Check OASIS documentation for accuracy.
- Follow Medicare, Medicaid, CMS, and HIPAA guidelines.
- Work with doctors and clinicians to clarify records.
- Use EMR/EHR systems and coding software.
- Identify and report coding errors.
- Help reduce claim denials and billing issues.
- Maintain accurate coding records.
- Stay updated with latest coding guidelines.
- Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and OASIS preferred.
- Basic understanding of Medicare billing and PDGM.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and accurately.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
