Job Title: QA Lead

Location: Chennai (Hybrid)

Experience: 8+yrs (3+ years leading QA teams)

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Senior QA Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives across enterprise applications spanning AI/Document Intelligence, Healthcare, BFSI/Fintech, and Digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be capable of defining enterprise QA strategy, managing end-to-end test delivery, driving automation maturity, improving release quality, and presenting executive-level quality dashboards to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive QA governance, quality standards, and process improvement initiatives across projects.
- Handle client communications, release discussions, and quality review meetings.
- Publish quality dashboards, defect metrics, and release status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, compliance requirements, and delivery processes.
- Lead defect triage, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead QA strategy, test planning, RTM management, and release governance.
- Manage and mentor QA teams across multiple projects.
- Drive functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT testing.
- Ensure defect prevention, risk-based testing, and production quality improvement.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering,



and client stakeholders for release readiness.
- Publish QA dashboards and quality metrics for leadership reviews.
- Support automation initiatives and CI/CD quality integration.

- Solid AI adoption mindset with the ability to leverage AI-assisted tools and automation in day-to-day workflows and delivery processes.
- Strong functional visualization, analytical thinking, and market research capability to understand business workflows, user journeys, and industry trends.
- Hands-on experience with:

o Playwright / Selenium

o Postman / REST Assured

o Jira / TestRail

o Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps

- Ability to contribute to pre-sales activities including client discussions, solution presentations, requirement understanding, estimations, and proposal support.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and team management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in:

o Healthcare

o BFSI / Fintech

o AI/OCR Platforms

- Knowledge of:

o HIPAA

o GDPR

o PCI-DSS

- Exposure to automation framework maintenance and CI/CD integration.
- ISTQB certification preferred.
