Job Description :-

- 15–20 years of experience in civil construction with at least 5–7 years in a Project Head/Project Manager role handling full lifecycle of large residential or commercial projects (₹200 Cr+).

Strong project planning and monitoring capability using MS Project or Primavera, including micro-scheduling, resource planning, and recovery plans for delayed activities.

Solid understanding of contracts, BOQs, rate analysis, client/consultant billing, and cost control mechanisms to keep projects within approved budgets.

Good knowledge of local building by-laws, NBC, fire norms, and statutory approval processes relevant to Delhi/NCR projects.

Ability to interface effectively with senior management, clients, architects, and consultants, with clear reporting and decision-making at site level.
