Job Description

- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Unified Patch Management Solution across enterprise endpoints and infrastructure.
- Plan, execute, and govern patch management programs within banking or regulated environments.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Endpoint, Cyber Security, and Vendor teams.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, vulnerability management, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage patch schedules, change windows, and release planning aligned with Change Management processes.
- Define and enforce patch management policies, procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks related to patching and system stability.
- Ensure integration with ITSM, Change, and Incident Management processes.
- Lead governance forums, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Support go-live, hypercare, and transition to BAU operations.

Qualifications





- Strong expertise in enterprise patch management and endpoint management solutions.
- Solid understanding of Windows and Linux patching concepts.
- Experience working in regulated environments (banking preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Change Management, Release Management, and ITSM frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with Cyber Security and Vulnerability Management teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, reporting, and documentation skills.
- PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
- ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification.
- Experience with SCCM, WSUS, Intune, BigFix, Tanium, or similar tools.
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams.

Experience

- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise patch or endpoint management programs.
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure and security-driven initiatives.
- Exposure to governance frameworks and executive-level reporting.
- Experience working in banking or regulated industries.
