Diploma or Engineering Graduate (Civil) required for working in Construction company based in Erode,Tamilnadu having Government building projects in size ranging from 10 to 50 crores in various locations like Chennai, Thoothukudi, Thirunelveli, Hosur, Shoolagiri in Tamilnadu and Thrissur, Trivandrum, Kollam, Pathanamthitta in Kerala

Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in building work supervision

Salary : 20000 to 40000

Ongoing project Location: Chennai Tamilnadu and Thrissur, Trivandrum, Pathanamthitta, Kollam, Kerala .

- Working Hours: 8 AM to 8 PM
- Free Bachelor accomodation would be provided at site camp.

The wide range of duties including:
. Responsibility of timely completion of projects.
.



Understand the scope of the project, planning, sequencing & execution of Buildings Project.
. Responsible for cost control, developing schedules, liasoning with clients, resource management, risk Analysis and mitigation.
. Determine the resources (equipment, manpower etc) required to complete the project.
. Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
. Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff.
. Review the quality (QA/QC) of the work with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the required standards.
. Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date.
. Identify subcontractors to mobilize required numbers labours at project site.
. To maintain worthy relationship with the clients.
