Role Overview
We’re hiring a reliable Site Attendant to support our project sites daily. Your main job is to purchase small materials, deliver them to site, handle petty cash, and assist the site supervisor in managing labor and site upkeep. This is a field role ideal for someone active, trustworthy, and valuable at local market sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

- Material Purchase & Delivery: Purchase hardware, electrical, plumbing, paint, and other small items from local vendors as per supervisor’s list and deliver to site on time
- Petty Cash Handling: Maintain daily petty purchase register. Collect bills, submit to office, and settle advances accurately
- Site Support: Assist site supervisor in labor attendance, work allocation, and basic site coordination
- Loading/Unloading: Help in receiving materials at site, check quantity against bill, and stack safely
- Vendor Coordination: Build good rapport with local shops for quick purchase, credit handling, and price checks
- Site Upkeep: Ensure tools and materials are stored properly.



Keep site clean and report any issues to supervisor
- Errands: Handle urgent site-related errands like document delivery, sample collection, etc.

Requirements

- Experience: 1+ years in similar role with interior/ construction/ electrical/ hardware background preferred. Freshers with bike can apply
- Education: SSLC / Plus Two or above
- Must-Have:
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Smart phone for WhatsApp updates and photos
- Basic reading/writing in Malayalam; able to read bills and material lists
- Skills: Knowledge of local hardware/electrical shops in Trivandrum, basic bargaining skills, trustworthy with cash handling
- Attributes: Punctual, hardworking, honest, physically fit for field work, good communication with labor & vendors

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹12,000 per month
- Fuel Allowance: Extra, based on actual km for site work

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
