Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Associate who can connect with business owners, understand their challenges, and guide them towards growth. Your role is to explain market trends, identify opportunities, and convert businesses into long-term clients and partners with QMEX Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Connect with business owners through calls, meetings, and networking
- Understand client business challenges and growth potential
- Explain market trends and digital marketing strategies
- Present QMEX solutions in a convincing and consultative manner
- Convert leads into clients and long-term partners
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in sales / business development
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Business mindset with a focus on growth
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage
