We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR BDE / HR Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for business development, candidate counseling, lead generation, client/ Fresher Student communication, and supporting recruitment and IT training-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through online job portal, social media, Linked in, colleges, consultancies
- Handle Fresher student candidate counseling and career guidance and makiung them to join
- Communicate with clients and students via calls, emails, and meetings
- Follow up with leads and maintain records
- Support recruitment and HR activities
- Achieve assigned targets and business goals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Roles :

- Job Post for Experienced and Fresher internship programs on various job portals & LinkedIn and Social Media
- Connect with Experience and Fresher candidates via calls, emails & WhatsApp
- Schedule Interview , counselling sessions & motivate if freshers to join our internship
- Build tie-ups with colleges & consultancies, different Software Company Social Media Facebook, Instagram, linkedin
- Collect & manage candidate data, apply new scope and idea
- Convert Fresher to Join our Internship training program for Software development ,



apply current scopes of hiring fresher, issue offer letter, track payment , completion letter etc
- Making contents, videos, reel , shorts, convert leads, share new ideas to generate more sales and revenue and do social posting and Social media marketing
- Having laptop will be advantage , Having 6 months HR experience from IT or related IT experience is plus

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Sales, counseling, or HR experience preferred
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a team environment

Eligibility

- Graduate / MBA / Any relevant qualification
- 1 year experience candidates will be preferred but not mandatory
- Self motivated Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
