Job Summary

Wellcaza Hospital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dedicated, hardworking, and responsible Janitors to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment throughout the hospital and its associated departments. The ideal candidate should be committed to cleanliness, infection control, and supporting the smooth functioning of hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in hospital premises, pharmacy, laboratories, offices, classrooms, and other departments under Wellcaza Hospital Pvt. Ltd.
- Sweep, mop, dust, disinfect, and sanitize floors, rooms, washrooms, and common areas.
- Collect and dispose of waste according to hospital and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Refill cleaning supplies and ensure housekeeping equipment is properly maintained.
- Assist in moving furniture, equipment, and supplies whenever required.
- Support hospital staff in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the concerned department.
- Be proactive, responsible, and willing to support hospital operations whenever required.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: SSLC or equivalent preferred.




- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospital cleaning is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- Honest, punctual, hardworking, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Should be willing to report to the hospital whenever required for operational needs or emergencies.

Experience

- Experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule

- Rotational shifts, including day, evening, and night duties.
- Candidates must be willing to work adaptable shifts as per hospital requirements.

Salary

Salary will be decided based on performance during the interview and overall qualifications.
