Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base, generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit prospective and existing customers to promote and sell the company’s products/services.
- Identify recent business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and product demonstrations.




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (industry-specific experience is an advantage).
- Fresh graduates with robust communication skills and a passion for sales may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in the local language and basic English.
- Working knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
