We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive Team Leader to manage and drive performance for our international voice sales process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales background, and the ability to motivate teams to consistently achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives

· Drive team revenue and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

· Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions

· Handle escalated calls and support team members in closing deals

· Develop strategies to improve sales performance and efficiency

· Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance metrics





· Train and onboard current team members

· Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead conversion

Candidate Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of total work experience in sales

· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Preferred Skills

· Strong analytical and decision-making skills

· Expertise in objection handling and closing techniques

· Experience in designing sales incentives or contests
