Job Title: Social Media Manager (Sports & Brand Content)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-driven Social Media Manager who can handle end-to-end content planning, especially in the sports and brand ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be fast, trend-aware, and capable of managing live content during events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Planning & Execution

- Plan, schedule, and execute social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
- Ensure timely content management aligned with brand calendars and trends
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity

2. Shoot Planning & Execution

- Plan and execute brand shoots including concepts, moodboards, and content ideas
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and teams for smooth shoot execution
- Ensure content is optimized for social media usage

3. Real-Time & Live Content Management

- Handle live social media execution during events and matches
- Create and post live stories, real-time updates, and engaging content
- Manage on-ground coverage for sports leagues and brand activations

4. Sports Content Expertise

- Robust understanding of sports content, especially cricket
- Ability to create engaging match-day content, highlights, and fan-driven posts




- Stay updated with sports trends, leagues, and audience behavior

5. Design & Quick Content Creation

- Proficiency in tools like Canva and similar apps for quick turnaround creatives
- Ability to create fast, engaging, and high-quality posts under tight timelines

Requirements

- Prior experience in social media management (agency or brand side preferred)
- Hands-on experience in sports content / sports leagues is a big advantage
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and engagement strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Creative mindset with strong execution skills

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

- Experience in handling sports leagues or live events
- Basic video editing skills
- Copywriting for social media captions and campaigns
