- IMMS (Integrated Material Management System) usage.

- Roles & Responsibilities :
- Job Purpose :
- To execute and monitor fabrication activities as per daily production schedule while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with fabrication standards used in food process equipment manufacturing.
- Job Duties / Responsibilities :
- Ensuring all team members are working with proper uniform and safety PPE.
- Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping at the fabrication workplace.
- Verification of Bill of Materials (BOM) with fabrication drawings prior to job start.
- Adherence to daily production schedule and close monitoring of shift-wise progress.
- Ensuring strict adherence to Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Weld Plan, Test Plan, and Welder Qualification.
- Coordinating with QC for timely completion of stage-wise inspections.
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of IMMS transactions.
- Developing and training the workforce to improve productivity and promote multi-tasking.
- Following QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) and ensuring that equipment is manufactured as per specified standards.
- Logging of daily activities on the shop floor employee-wise into the prescribed database.
- Critical Evaluation Factors :
