Digital Marketing:

- Plan and execute campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Generate and optimize leads through paid campaigns (CPL-focused)
- Manage SEO, website updates, and landing pages
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Coordinate with designers for creatives and campaign requirements
- Handle CRM data, lead tracking, and remarketing campaigns
- Improve lead quality and conversion ratios

Offline Marketing:

- Plan and execute on-ground activities like events, site activations, and exhibitions
- Manage hoardings, print ads, brochures, and branding materials
- Coordinate with vendors for production and execution
- Track walk-ins and offline lead generation performance
- Support channel partner activities and local promotions

Required Skills:





- Strong understanding of performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website management
- Valuable analytical and reporting skills
- Vendor management and coordination ability
- Strong communication and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in real estate marketing is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
