We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Academic Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day academic operations of our training academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for batch planning, trainer coordination, class scheduling, examination coordination, and ensuring the smooth execution of academic activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage student batches based on course requirements.
- Coordinate with trainers regarding availability, schedules, and training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain class schedules and academic calendars.
- Coordinate internal and external examinations.
- Ensure the smooth execution of daily academic operations.
- Communicate schedules, updates, and examination details to students and trainers.
- Handle class rescheduling and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain academic records and operational reports.
- Coordinate classroom resources and support academic events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 years of experience in academic operations, academic coordination, training coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in an educational institution, training academy, or EdTech organization.
- Familiarity with batch planning, trainer coordination, class scheduling, and examination management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
