- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the steel, metal, fabrication, construction, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and sales forecasts.
- Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings when required.
- Ensure timely collection of payments in coordination with the Accounts team.
- Maintain customer data and update CRM or sales records.
