Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced TT Table Production Manager with specialized expertise in Table Tennis table manufacturing. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end production operations, ensure international quality standards, optimize manufacturing efficiency, and lead production teams to deliver high-quality TT tables on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- TT Table- Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities of Table Tennis tables
- Tt Table- Ensure compliance with ITTF standards and company quality benchmarks
- Production - Oversee procurement and usage of raw materials (wood, MDF, steel frames, coatings, accessories, etc.)
- Monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines and output targets
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and control costs
- Supervise and train production staff, technicians, and quality inspectors
- Coordinate with design, R&D;, quality control, and supply chain teams
- Ensure proper maintenance and optimal utilization of machinery and tools
- Enforce workplace safety, 5S, and manufacturing best practices
- Prepare production reports, inventory status, and performance metrics for management

Required Skills & Expertise

- Solid technical knowledge of TT Table manufacturing processes




- In-depth understanding of TT table materials, surface coating, rebound consistency, and dimensions
- Expertise in quality control, finishing, and durability testing
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and production planning
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly and effectively

Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering (preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in TT Table or sports equipment manufacturing
- Prior experience in a production or factory management role is mandatory

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with export-quality or ITTF-approved TT tables
- Exposure to automated or semi-automated production lines
- Familiarity with vendor management and cost optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
