- Manage and supervise Gate In / Gate Out activities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

- Ensure minimum truck turnaround time and avoid traffic congestion at the gate.

- Handle Import, Export, and Allotment documentation on a requirement basis.

- Oversee Weighbridge (WB) operations and ensure WB calibration compliance as per statutory and operational requirements.

- Plan and manage Gate & Weighbridge operator staffing, including training, upskilling, and shift availability.

- Conduct regular toolbox meetings with Gate and WB staff to address safety, process adherence, and operational updates.

- Coordinate with and conduct performance review meetings with vendors to evaluate service quality and compliance.

- Resolve gate-related operational queries and exceptions on priority.

- Maintain accurate records related to:

- Seal mismatch





- Container damage

- Scanning clean and mismatch cases

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety norms, and operational compliance at all times.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance gate efficiency and service levels

- Robust experience in handling gate operations and large operational teams.

- Good knowledge of Import, Export, and Allotment processes

- Ability to manage high-pressure operational environments with strong problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors.

- Working knowledge of compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational controls.
