Job Summary

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
- Review the project plans and specifications and follow the building design and scheduling.
- Assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirement.
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
- Liaisoning with Clients, Architects, Consultants and subcontractors and other professional staff
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
- Coordinate the handing over of completed works to Client and completion of the necessary rectification works.
- Review Architect/Engineer/Services/Sub-Contractor drawings to ensure coordination and integration.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
B.E (Civil) , 2 years of minimum experience in Commercial (corporate office & retail outlet interior) Interior Designing Field.
