Job Description

JOB PURPOSE
The Product Analyst will be responsible for driving product-related analytics, pricing operations and reporting to support business growth and strategic decision-making. The role will work closely with Product Managers, Sales & Marketing teams to generate actionable insights, ensure accurate product and pricing data management and enable effective execution of product lifecycle and commercial activities.





The incumbent will play a critical role in strengthening data-driven decision-making, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting new product and business initiatives through analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Drive analytical reviews and actionable insights in collaboration with Product Managers to support business growth and portfolio decisions.
- Manage end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management activities including SKU creation, flag changes, discontinuation (DIS) exercise, and product line maintenance.
- Analyze competition pricing trends and execute timely price updates across systems such as SAP and SFDC.
- Support product portfolio planning through data-driven analysis, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate and support new product/project initiatives including certifications, sustainability programs, and process improvement projects.
- Generate and automate business reports, dashboards, and scorecards including for Monthly/ quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), shipment reports, and regional/channel opportunity trackers.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations teams for query resolution, billing support, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy,



process adherence, and timely execution of all product-related updates and reporting activities.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to improve efficiency and reporting turnaround time.
- Develop insights from large datasets to support decision-making related to pricing, portfolio optimization, and business performance.
- Track and monitor warranty/service-related data to identify trends and support corrective actions.
- Maintain strong coordination with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of product and commercial processes.

Skills & Knowledge:

- Bachelor's degree with 4–8 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, Product Management Support, or Commercial Operations.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of independently driving projects and business initiatives.
