Roles & Responsibility –

Prepare and send quotations to customers within the required turnaround time.

Review customer inquiries and understand technical and commercial requirements.

Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and operations teams to obtain pricing and product information.

Ensure quotations comply with company pricing policies and profit margins.

Maintain quotation records and update them in the ERP/CRM system.

Follow up on submitted quotations and provide clarifications to customers.

Revise quotations based on customer feedback or changes in requirements.

Support the sales team during negotiations by providing pricing analysis.

Maintain a database of standard pricing, products, and customer-specific rates.

Generate quotation-related reports and track conversion rates.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

1–3 years of experience in quotation preparation, sales coordination, or inside sales.

Experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
