Role Summary
SailPoint IIQ professional with 3–8 years of experience in identity and access management
(IAM), with hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation, configuration,
customization, and support. The candidate should have experience working on enterprise IAM projects and collaborating with business, security, and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities
∙Design, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions
∙Onboard Applications to Sailpoint IdentityIQ
∙Develop and customize workflows, rules, connectors, forms, and approvals in IIQ
∙Integrate SailPoint IIQ with target applications, directories, and authentication systems
∙Perform user provisioning, access certification, role management, and identity lifecycle management
∙Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SailPoint workflows and integrations
∙Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
∙Support testing, deployment, and production issue resolution
∙Prepare technical documentation and contribute to best practices
Required Skills
∙Solid hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
∙Good understanding of IAM concepts such as provisioning, certification, RBAC, and lifecycle management
∙Experience with Java, BeanShell, XML, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs
∙Knowledge of directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, and related identity systems
∙Experience with connectors, workflows, rules, and customizations in IIQ
∙Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
∙Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
∙Experience with large-scale enterprise IAM implementations
∙Exposure to cloud identity platforms and hybrid environments
∙Experience with Agile delivery and production support
∙SailPoint certification is a plus
