Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety plan, including risk assessments and emergency response procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Industrial Safety (NEBOSH preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- 0-5 years of experience in industrial or construction safety supervision or related field.
- Robust knowledge of industrialization processes, safety management systems, and relevant legislation/regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
