Role Overview The Safety Engineer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Workplace, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols at the project site.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Develop and implement site-specific EHS plans and safety standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks, inductions, and safety trainings.
- Carry out safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices.
- Identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports with corrective measures.
- Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws and safety codes.
- Prepare safety checklists, permits-to-work, and records.
- Submit weekly and monthly safety reports.
Qualifications & Skills :-
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering with additional qualification in Industrial Safety (ADIS/NEBOSH/IOSH).
- 5–8 years of site safety management experience.
